This site is an automated download site for various consoles. It gets updated every 3 hours by an automated system that scans new releases, downloads them, validates them, repacks them and uploads them to various filesharing sites.
Well I'm the owner of DGEmu.com as well, and I got tired of manually updating whenever new games came out, so I decided to write an automated system that will auto-update a database with new scene-releases, then I made automated system that searches some sources for these releases and uploads them to some filesharing sites. After writing all this, I decided to make it publicly usable through this site and since it quickly gained popularity to expand it to other systems as well.
You need to download every part of the release. If it has 5 parts, you need to download all 5. You can download parts from various filesharing sites e.g. Part1 from freakshare, part2 from filefactory and part3 from uploaded, but you need to have all parts.
We have several requirements from filesharing hosts we use - we need it to be reliable, not kick us out after many DMCA notices and give us LOTS of space. We're willing to create premium accounts but most filesharing hosts are either too young or remove accounts once X DMCA reports been filed.
Ouch. some filehost or advertising company outsmarted you and made you click the wrong download button. Try to download again all our files are .rar except for some extremely old .zip files - Never ever a .exe
All our archives have been verified after compression and upload so it's either a bad RAR unpacker or an incomplete download. Make sure to use WinRAR or 7zip. If it still says corrupted make sure all parts but the last are either 500MB or 762.9MB (older format), if you have a part (other than the last) which isn't that size - you should redownload it. Also the sum of sizes of all parts should match the size mentioned on site. This will help you validate which part is corrupted, if any.
We need a good fast compression method which will be available for everyone without too much hassle. Most visitors are youngsters or parents who download a few games quick and easy and that's what we provide.
Yes. But only on a 3DS handheld. Surprisingly the Gateway-3DS cart is said to play lots of ROMs - I have a few friends confirm. I am too poor to have a 3DS or gateway myself but good friends confirmed it works.
